TSC Simulation  provide dynamic process simulation models to clients across many industries throughout the world.

Major clients are in the Oil, Gas and Energy industries where control room training is a statutory requirement. In addition TSC products are widely used for training and plant verification in the food, drink, nuclear and pharmaceuticals industries.

Oil, Gas and Energy

TSC promotes long term relationships with its clients. 

TSC has provided BP with its Operator Training Simulators (OTS) on a continuous basis for over 35 years. 

Other major clients include ExxonMobil, Shell, Petronas, Talisman and Petrofac.

TSC has clients in both CNG and LNG gas storage and export including British Gas, Centrica, and engineering companies such as AMEC and Costain.

Now developing into the Wind Energy and Nuclear areas, TSC has supplied key dynamic process models for plant verification and operating training for the British Nuclear site at Sellafield.

Food, Drink and Pharmaceuticals

TSC has a 16 year history of working with major clients in the Food, Drink and Pharmaceutical industries. Examples include de-bottlenecking studies for high speed filling and packaging handling (Walkers Crisps), site specific models for start-up, running and clean down procedures (Van den Burgh), DCS type change re-training (United Distillers and GSK) and basic training for both instrumentation and control (GSK Pharmaceuticals, Arla Foods).

The latest range of products is specifically developed for the Food and Drink sectors. The IPC 200 unit can be used to model both dairy, food and drink manufacturing situations.

Universities, Colleges and Training Providers

TSC work closely with Universities and Colleges worldwide both to supply products and also gain continuous improvement feedback for future developments.

In the UK, TSC works with Chemical Engineering departments at the Universities of Loughborough and Nottingham (including their associated campuses in Malaysia and China). TSC also work closely with the University of Cape Breton in Canada – a major worldwide training provider for ExxonMobil and Shell.

TSC supply a number of Colleges and Training Providers worldwide. 

A short example list includes Forth Valley, South Tyneside, Redcar and Cleveland, ASET Academy and Pembrokeshire College in UK. 

Overseas sites include Colleges and Training Centres in Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Malaysia, Indonesia, South Korea, Canada, Australia, USA, Nigeria, Sakhalin Russia, and many others including the world renowned BP Caspian Technical Training Centre (CTTC) in Azerbaijan.
