TSC Simulation offers an Engineering Consultancy Service to provide our customers with a Design Study based on their existing or proposed facilities. The engineering model itself, once developed to the customer's specific requirements, can be used for two purposes:

For this service, a precise model of the plant is developed by our design team, using well proven procedures. Using this model, TSC Simulation will run agreed test scenarios and sequences, and produce a full written report on the results. A copy of the model is later made available for the customer to run on a PC.
The service is particularly geared towards verifying dynamic responses of complete plant, and to demonstrate maximum temperatures, pressures etc. in start-up, shutdown and unusual situations. Plant sizing and control systems may also be optimised for these situations.
TSC Simulation has particular expertise with Design Studies for new and upgraded compressor systems on gas pipeline networks, including the UK National Transmissions System.
