TSC offers an Engineering Consultancy service to provide our customers with an engineering grade dynamic simulation model of their existing or proposed facilities. The engineering model, once developed to the customer's specific requirements, can be used for two purposes:

Accurate simulation of the impact of the alarm systems, and the details of alarm management protocols.

Availability of the model to the commissioning team allows faster start-up through better critical path planning.
- May be used to optimise and define the screen layout and details of the DCS interface, prior to the DCS supplier being selected.
- The model is easily adapted to serve as a site-specific advanced training system, simply by emulation of the final DCS system onto the dynamic mathematical model.
