We are pleased to announce the new appointments of Andrew Bolton to the position of CEO (Chief Executive Officer) and Michael Bolton to Chairman, from July 1st, 2022.
Michael, who founded the company over 40 years ago, decided to step down from his role of Managing Director of TSC Simulation in the hope to enjoy semi-retirement, but will remain an active member of the Board.
Andrew who has been with TSC Simulation since 2007 as Development Director now takes on the role of CEO as the company moves forward.
Michael Bolton said, ‘TSC has been at the forefront of technology in its field since its development of the very first digital computer-based Operator Training Simulator for BP in 1979. I wish Andrew and the Company every success for the future as the energy industry goes forward with its renewable goals”.
Andrew added “After 15 years at TSC, I’m looking forward to my new leadership role. TSC has a massive amount of collective knowledge and competency in dynamic simulation, and I will be aiming to continue developing our strategy to use those in our existing markets and to break into new ones, especially in the renewables and net-zero areas.”
