The TSC in-house studio are able to supply bespoke requirements. We have a wide experience in creating specific 3D Images of industrial and training situations across process industries.

How we can Help

Our virtual environment software is based on a Unity platform that enables bespoke visualisations, interactive plant and processes to be created with high confidence.

TSC also partners with Siemens to implement and interactively link the TSC dynamic simulators to plant using Siemens COMOS Walkinside to create the 3D Visualisation with a software conversion from the CAD drawings of the process and plant if required.

Asset Capture & Laser Scanning

Computer Based Training Module

The TSC virtual environment is designed to be used in CBT to add Augmented Reality clipboards and training sheets within the 3D visualisation.

This enables highly effected computer based training modules to be generated for plant item and control sequence understanding.

Building Information modelling (BIM)

Building Information modelling (BIM) is the process of creating and managing project information and data for a physical asset. BIM integrates structured, multi-disciplinary data to produce visual digital representation of an asset across its lifecycle, from planning and design to construction and operations.

TSC starts the process by creating intelligent 3D modelling and integrates the data to serve as focal points and allows our clients to gain early insight, enhance productivity and team collaboration and efficiencies throughout a product life cycle.

Digital twin project- Highview Power’s CRYOBattery™

The project involved producing a 3D representation of their plant with a virtual plant walk around, a mathematical model of the electrical and chemical processes and a control system emulation.

TSC created a complete linked digital twin of the plant for monitoring and interaction.
