VR Headset Display Technology

Headset Displays

The TSC interactive software can be used on any virtual reality (VR) headsets such as HTC Vive and Oculus Quest 2.

For multi-user systems, the other users are shown as Avatars in each display to allow teamwork interaction.

Triple Screen Monitor Display Technology

Triple Screen Monitors & Projectors

A triple monitor display with the user’s eyes at the focal point provides a high level of immersion, but with little disorientation.

Systems may also be implemented with triple projector screens for larger group viewing.

The TSC display software may be configured to produce a good immersive environment which is low cost but highly effective

Igloo Vision Display Technology

Igloo Vision Dome or Cube

The 5 projector Igloo or Cube provides a fully immersive panorama in 360 degrees.

TSC software is configurable to run in these highly immersive systems, which come in range of sizes up to 25m dia.

Larger Igloos, such as the 9m version shown here, allow groups of people to work together, with one user controlling.

Igloo software warps the TSC image to fit the internal dome surface and 3D versions are available.

These can be paired with our Virtual Control Room solutions to create a full Virtual plant with a separate control room.

Virtual Control Room

We have developed the Virtual Control Room to provide the ultimate training and assessment environment at an affordable cost.

TSC’s VCR facilitates training and competency evaluation for procedures and emergency response scenarios, incorporating video recording and printed monitoring to assess trainee performance.

By immersing the operator in a control room environment closely resembling standard conditions, the VCR enhances the efficacy of both our Advanced Generic and Site Specific simulations.

Portable Virtual Control Room

Our Virtual Control Room Solution can be shrunk to fit into custom packing cases to make them portable. Features include:

  • Dual Screen Control Room Operator Stations.
  • 3D Field Operator Station.
  • Instructor Station for monitoring and fault injection.
  • Triple Screen Immersive 3D display system with stand.
  • Durable IP67 Cases with CNC Foam Inserts.
  • Self-contained Wi-Fi network for easy connectivity.
  • 30KG max per case to meet air baggage handling weight limitations.

Like our VCR, this solution can be tailored to meet anyone’s needs, ideal for those remote locations that require training that lack a reliable internet connection.

Project Display Technology

Monitors or Projectors

Single or Dual monitor PCs may be provided at each desk in a classroom setting for larger groups. Alternatively, a single projected screen, typically 2.5m width or more, may be used for a small group interaction with the plant, with one leading user.
