These models convey the complexity inherent in operating diverse interdependent process areas, and allow students to build their communications skills, confidence, and operational competence.

Each model includes multiple integral auxiliary systems such as instrument air and cooling water packages.

This advanced model range can be used for individual self paced learning or in small teams. In a team situation, the students have to be mindful about the impact of their actions on the rest of the process plant, promoting teamwork and effective communication as the teams develop the situational awareness required to work in a complex, dynamic and often stressful environment.

The models are fully dynamic and allow for full start-up and shutdown of the plants. Each model comes with its own operating procedures to guide the user through the start-up process and quickly build their knowledge up of the system.

They also have an extensive fault and scenario management system allowing an instructor to assess the students ability to monitor and adjust multiple key performance indicators while dealing with problems on the plant.

These models are ideally suited for use as part our Virtual Control Room, the perfect environment to practice control room operations.
